空箱调运新模式的数值仿真分析

【摘要】:集装箱运输业在最近几十年发展越来越快,它以集装箱为载体,以多式联运的形式把海路、铁路、公路、内河水路等多种运输方式有机集合起来,构成连续、综合性的一体化的运输网络,实现了“门到门”运输,为客户提供经济、合理、便捷的运输服务,其优势是明显的。然而,随着国际贸易的不平衡,航运企业在进口港产生了大量的空箱,在出口港却又需要大量空箱。为了满足空箱需求,需要航运企业从余箱港运往缺箱港,产生空箱调运的现象,空箱调运不会产生任何利润,只能增加企业的负担,同时由于空箱调运系统的复杂性,使得其成为困扰航运企业的老大难问题。文章首先对空箱调运问题提出的背景进行了简要概括,对国内外研究空箱调运的文献进行了详细的论述,之后从定性的角度分析了集装箱流转过程、空箱调运产生的原因、特点以及所产生的成本部分。然后对传统调运模式进行了介绍,指出传统模式以航运企业为主体,且航运企业以海上运输为主,港口作为集装箱运输网络的重要节点却被动地参与调箱,针对传统模式存在的缺陷提出了新模式,港口与航运企业、租箱公司、货代公司等建立合作关系,为航运企业提供足够的稳定的堆存场地,在航运公司需要还箱时不必将租箱还回租箱公司,直接将其还回所在港口即可。第四章分别建立了传统模式和新模式下的数学模型,并设计了混合遗传算法进行求解。第五章针对某航运公司运营的航线,进行了数值仿真实验,对比传统模式与新模式之间的成本项,并通过灵敏度分析,显示了新模式的优越性。最后对全文进行了总结,指出本文研究的不足之处与今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The container transportation industry has been developing more and more rapidly in recent decades. It takes containers as the carrier and organically assembles various transport modes such as sea, railway, highway, inland waterway and so on in the form of multimodal transport. The integrated transportation network realizes "door-to-door" transportation and provides customers with economical, reasonable and convenient transportation service. However, with the imbalance of international trade, shipping enterprises produce a large number of empty containers in the port of import, but also need a large number of empty boxes in the port of export. In order to meet the demand of empty container, it is necessary for shipping enterprises to transport the empty container from the remaining container port to the missing container port. The empty container transportation will not produce any profit, but will only increase the burden of the enterprise. At the same time, because of the complexity of the empty container dispatching system, Make it become the old difficult problem that puzzles shipping enterprise. Firstly, the paper briefly summarizes the background of empty container dispatching, and discusses in detail the literature on empty container dispatching at home and abroad, and then analyzes the process of container circulation and the causes of empty container dispatching from a qualitative point of view. Features and the resulting cost portion. Then the paper introduces the traditional dispatching mode, and points out that the traditional mode takes the shipping enterprise as the main body, and the shipping enterprise mainly takes the maritime transportation as the main body, while the port, as an important node of the container transportation network, passively participates in the container dispatching. In view of the defects of the traditional mode, the paper puts forward a new model, the port and shipping enterprises, container rental companies, freight forwarders, etc., to establish cooperative relations, to provide enough stable storage space for shipping enterprises. When the shipping company needs to return the container, it does not have to return the rental box to the rental company, and return it directly to the port. In chapter 4, the traditional and new mathematical models are established, and the hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. In the fifth chapter, a numerical simulation experiment is carried out to compare the cost terms between the traditional mode and the new model, and the superiority of the new model is demonstrated by sensitivity analysis. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper, and points out the deficiency of this paper and the research direction in the future.
