PAC路面结构及其混合料配合比设计

【摘要】:为设计出既满足透水性能要求又满足相应承载力要求的路面,分别从路面结构组合形式和沥青混合料配合比两方面进行分析与探讨。从PAC路面结构形式方面,阐述排水型路面性能特点;从原材料选择要求上,说明PAC混合料对集料、沥青、矿粉的技术要求。在最佳沥青用量和空隙率已确定的条件下进行性能试验,结果表明:排水型路面结构组合形式适用于中型交通量道路;PAC-13混合料无论在透水性能还是在力学强度方面,均满足相应要求。
[Abstract]:In order to design a pavement which can meet both the requirement of permeability and the requirement of bearing capacity, this paper analyzes and discusses the pavement structure combination form and asphalt mixture ratio. From the aspect of the structure form of PAC pavement, this paper expounds the performance characteristics of drainage pavement, and explains the technical requirements of PAC mixture to aggregate, asphalt and mineral powder from the requirements of raw material selection. Under the condition that the optimum asphalt content and void ratio have been determined, the results show that the structure combination of drainage pavement is suitable for medium traffic volume road / PAC-13 mixture both in water permeability and mechanical strength. All meet the corresponding requirements.
