基于准静力影响面的桥梁结构损伤快速诊断方法研究

【摘要】:桥梁荷载试验是现役桥梁结构进行损伤状态诊断的最有效的方法,然而,传统的桥梁荷载试验方法存在需要长时间中断交通、现场检测工序复杂、经济成本高等问题,因此,在不中断交通或短暂中断交通情况下,实现对中小型桥梁结构损伤的快速诊断具有重要的理论意义与实用价值。系统总结了国内外桥梁结构损伤诊断的研究成果与发展趋势,并着重分析了现有桥梁结构损伤快速诊断的关键问题。在此基础上,提出了基于准静载试验的桥梁结构损伤快速诊断方法的整体框架,力争实现在不中断或短暂中断交通下的中小型桥梁结构损伤快速诊断。重点研究了短暂中断交通条件下桥梁结构损伤快速诊断问题,提出了基于准静力影响面的桥梁结构损伤快速诊断方法。该算法以基于异常诊断的结构损伤识别算法为整体框架,以桥梁关键截面测试准静力影响线(面)为数据基础,利用健康状态下桥梁主梁关键截面准静力影响线(面)近似线性相关的特点,实现桥梁结构损伤诊断的目的。以数值模拟为手段,分别模拟简支梁桥及连续梁桥梁准静力影响线及影响面,对所提算法在不同结构损伤程度及测试噪声水平下的有效性进行了验证。在上述研究结果基础上,基于MATLAB软件平台,搭建了基于准静载试验的桥梁结构损伤快速诊断软件系统的整体框架,并重点研发了短暂中断交通下桥梁结构损伤快速诊断软件模块。
[Abstract]:Bridge load test is the most effective method to diagnose the damage state of existing bridge structures. However, the traditional bridge load test methods need to interrupt traffic for a long time, the field detection process is complicated, and the cost is high. Under the condition of no or short interruption of traffic, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to quickly diagnose the damage of small and medium-sized bridges. The research results and development trend of damage diagnosis of bridge structures at home and abroad are systematically summarized, and the key problems of rapid damage diagnosis of existing bridges are emphatically analyzed. On the basis of this, the whole frame of the fast diagnosis method of bridge structure damage based on quasi static load test is put forward, which can realize the fast diagnosis of bridge structure damage under the condition of no interruption or short interruption of traffic. In this paper, the problem of rapid damage diagnosis of bridge structure under the condition of short interruption traffic is studied, and the fast diagnosis method of bridge structure damage based on quasi-static influence surface is put forward. The algorithm takes the structural damage identification algorithm based on anomaly diagnosis as the whole frame, and takes the quasi-static influence line (surface) of the key section of the bridge as the data base. In order to realize the damage diagnosis of the bridge structure, the quasi-static influence line (plane) of the key section of the bridge is approximately linearly correlated under the condition of health. By means of numerical simulation, the quasi-static influence lines and influence surfaces of simply supported beam bridges and continuous beam bridges are simulated, respectively, and the validity of the proposed algorithm under different structural damage levels and test noise levels is verified. Based on the above research results and MATLAB software platform, the whole frame of the rapid damage diagnosis software system of bridge structure based on quasi-static load test is built. In addition, the software module of bridge structure damage fast diagnosis under temporary traffic interruption is researched and developed.
