重载交通市政道路工程质量管理研究

【摘要】：1984年,国家经委正式颁布了“工业企业全面质量管理暂行办法”,并在广大企业中及时贯彻执行,时代的主旋律为全面的质量管理。新世纪三十年以来,国家对工程质量管理表示极高的关注。作为城市社会和经济发展基础的市政工程,其工程质量的好坏直接影响到城市居民正常生活秩序和城市的正常运转。在重载交通市政工程施工的过程中,存在着场地不宽阔、地下管线和工程的幅度跨度过大的问题,给水,燃气,电力等管线运行限制,其中的任何纰漏都会对市政工程质量和实施进度产生重大影响。对外力因素管理的不及时,必将会对工程质量造成巨大的隐患。本次论文根据国内外研究状况,通过对以富源六号路为例的重载交通市政道路工程质量管理的现状及问题分析,提出了有效合理的工程质量管理方案,结合具体的案例进行分析,目的为了进一步提高城市重载交通市政道路的质量管理水平,以减少交通事故的发生以及避免不必要的损失。总结经验,为工程质量管理提出可行性建议。
[Abstract]:In 1984, the State Economic Commission formally promulgated the "interim measures on Total quality Management in Industrial Enterprises", and implemented them in a timely manner. The main theme of the times is overall quality management. Since 30 years in the new century, the country has expressed great concern for engineering quality management. As the basis of urban social and economic development, the quality of municipal engineering directly affects the normal living order of urban residents and the normal operation of the city. In the course of construction of heavy haul traffic municipal engineering, there are some problems such as not wide site, too large span of underground pipeline and engineering, limited operation of water supply, gas, electric power, etc. Any of these flaws will have a significant impact on the quality of municipal works and progress of implementation. If the management of external force is not timely, it will cause great hidden trouble to engineering quality. According to the research situation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward an effective and reasonable project quality management scheme by analyzing the current situation and problems of heavy haul traffic municipal road engineering quality management taking Fuyuan No. 6 Road as an example. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality management level of heavy haul traffic municipal roads in order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents and avoid unnecessary losses. Summing up experience and putting forward feasible suggestions for engineering quality management.
