建筑垃圾填筑路基段沉降规律预测与分析

【摘要】:科学、合理地预测工后沉降量是公路建设的关键环节。建筑垃圾填筑路基沉降变形量级较小,且相对波动较大,在软土路基等较大变形的沉降预测中得到最广泛的应用的曲线拟合法是否适用于这种沉降变形的情形还有待于研究,因此,结合垃圾填筑路基沉降变形特点,对沉降预测算法进行系统分析和优化比选,探索稳定性好、精度高、操作便捷的预测算法,具有重要的工程应用价值和学术价值。首先,依托某环线建筑垃圾填筑路基段工程,针对沉降特征未知性、预测局限性等问题,设计了自动化监测系统,对现场实测监测数据进行分析,得到该路基段沉降特点,分析了建筑垃圾地基形变的机理及路基工后沉降的组成,得到了路基沉降评价指标和规范标准,为之后的各算法预测提供了评价标准。其次,对路基进行基于有限元的概率设计分析,所得结果与路基实测后期沉降值一致,表明监测系统的有效性及ANSYS分析路基最终沉降值的准确性。再次,对现有的地基沉降理论计算算法进行了适用范围的归纳总结,对常用算法如三点法、双曲线法、拓展双曲线法、星野法算法进行了研究,以建筑垃圾填筑路基段A匝道、D匝道工程沉降变形监测数据为样本,仿真预测结果得到这四种常用算法的适用性和优缺点,接着,针对四种常用算法的不足及局限性,提出了组合改进算法,并对其进行了沉降预测适用性及特性研究,最后,由预测结果可知三点-星野法和三点修正双曲线法能够克服实测数据波动大带来的影响,预测所得的相关系数接近理想值,误差平方和小,在对垃圾填筑路基进行沉降预测时优于三点法、拓展双曲线法、星野法及等时距拓展双曲线法。本文的研究内容为确定垃圾填筑路基沉降规律提供了科学依据,并为建筑垃圾作为路基填料的应用提供了参考,具有显著的社会效益。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable prediction of post construction settlement is the key link of highway construction. The settlement deformation of construction refuse filling subgrade is small and relatively fluctuant, and the most widely applied curve fitting method for the settlement prediction of the larger deformation of soft soil subgrade is still to be studied, so it remains to be studied. Combined with the characteristics of settlement and deformation of subgrade, the system analysis and optimization of settlement prediction algorithm are systematically analyzed, and the prediction algorithm with good stability, high accuracy and convenient operation is explored. It has important engineering application value and academic value. The automatic monitoring system is designed, and the monitoring data of the site are analyzed. The settlement characteristics of the subgrade section are obtained. The mechanism of the deformation of the building garbage foundation and the composition of the subgrade settlement are analyzed. The evaluation index and standard standard of the subgrade settlement are obtained, and the evaluation criteria for the subsequent algorithms are provided. Secondly, the evaluation criteria are provided. The subgrade is based on the probabilistic design analysis based on the finite element method. The results are in agreement with the later settlement value of the subgrade, indicating the validity of the monitoring system and the accuracy of the ANSYS analysis of the final settlement value of the subgrade. Again, the applicable range of the existing foundation settlement theory calculation algorithm is summarized, and the common algorithms, such as the three point method and the hyperbola, are used. The method, expansion of hyperbola method and Hoshino Nori algorithm are studied, which are based on the A ramp on the base section of building garbage, and the monitoring data of the settlement deformation of the D ramp project is the sample. The applicability and the advantages and disadvantages of the four commonly used algorithms are obtained by the simulation prediction results. Then, a combination improvement algorithm is proposed for the shortcomings and limitations of the four commonly used algorithms. The applicability and characteristics of settlement prediction are studied. Finally, it is known from the prediction results that the three point field method and the three point modified hyperbola method can overcome the influence of the great fluctuation of measured data. The correlation coefficient of the prediction is close to the ideal value, the square sum of error is small, and the settlement prediction of refuse filling road foundation is superior to the three point method and expands double. The curve method, Hoshino Nori and the equal time distance expansion hyperbola method. The research content of this paper provides a scientific basis for determining the settlement law of refuse filling subgrade, and provides a reference for the application of building garbage as a subgrade filling, and has significant social benefits.
