软土地基环境下的公路工程施工处理

【摘要】:首先对软土地基公路工程表层施工处理、粉喷桩加固、竖向排水等方法进行了分析,并以吉林某软土地基公路工程施工处理为例,对该公路软土地基的施工处理进行分析研究,为减小沉降趋于严重,施工单位采用三种技术措施,分别为路基中部填筑石灰土技术、减小路堤荷载技术、工后修补技术。工程对路基施工完后的沉降进行测试,以k10+285段的数据进行沉降分析,工程工后沉降量≤25 cm,不均匀沉降最大值为4.0 cm,工后容许沉降量符合《公路软土地基路堤设计与施工技术规范》。通过增设排水设施,使饱和软粘土快速固结。通过碎石桩体和注浆管分别完成低压注浆和高压注浆,排水通过砂垫层施工法完成,为顺利排水,砂石材料砂粒径要不小于0.70 mm,砂石含量要不大于垫层的14.5%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the surface construction treatment, powder jet pile reinforcement and vertical drainage of soft foundation highway engineering are analyzed firstly, and the construction treatment of soft soil foundation in Jilin Province is taken as an example to analyze and study the construction treatment of soft soil foundation of this highway. In order to reduce the severity of settlement, three kinds of technical measures were adopted in the construction unit, namely, the technology of filling lime soil in the middle of subgrade, the technology of reducing the load of embankment, and the technology of repairing after construction.
