基于降黏与表面活性的温拌沥青及混合料性能对比

【摘要】:采用70#沥青、SBS改性沥青,分别添加有机降黏温拌剂Sasobit和表面活性温拌剂DAT,对比评价两类温拌剂对沥青及沥青混合料性能影响;基于温拌沥青性能研究,提出温拌沥青混合料施工温度控制方法,给出参考施工温度,采用动、静态试验方法系统研究温拌沥青混合料性能,评价温拌混合料的疲劳性能和黏弹特性,建立相应疲劳方程和修正Burgers模型。研究表明:Sasobit明显改善沥青高温稳定性,在100~135℃降黏作用显著,证明DAT降温效果更好,对沥青性能影响小,不具降黏效果;Sasobit和DAT均可减轻沥青老化,Sasobit沥青抗老化性能更好;Sasobit显著提高混合料高温稳定性,DAT对混合料高温性能没有影响,两类温拌剂均对混合料短期水稳定性影响小,但Sasobit会劣化长期水稳定性,而DAT则具有改善作用;Sasobit会降低混合料低温性能,DAT对混合料低温性能影响小;Sasobit混合料抗疲劳性能优于DAT,其疲劳破坏具有脆性特征,DAT混合料疲劳破坏具有塑形特征,证明Sasobit沥青混合料具有更好的弹性恢复能力和高温性能。
[Abstract]:The modified asphalt was modified by 70# bitumen, adding Sasobit and DTT, respectively, to compare and evaluate the effects of two kinds of warm mixing agents on the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture, based on the performance of warm mix asphalt. The construction temperature control method of warm mix asphalt mixture is put forward, the reference construction temperature is given, the performance of warm mix asphalt mixture is systematically studied by using dynamic and static test methods, and the fatigue and viscoelastic properties of warm mix mixture are evaluated. The corresponding fatigue equation and modified Burgers model are established. The results show that the weight Sasobit obviously improves the high temperature stability of asphalt, and the viscosity reduction effect is obvious at 100 鈩,
