瓦斯突出隧道防突安全岩盘厚度计算方法研究

【摘要】:研究目的:在煤与瓦斯突出危险地段进行隧道施工时,安全风险极高,其安全岩盘的设置方法业已成为规避施工风险和提高施工工效的一大关键技术问题。而目前瓦斯突出工区防突安全岩盘的留置多依赖于经验,存在较大的随意性,急需运用岩土理论并结合施工实践予以进一步研究和完善。研究结论:(1)本文借鉴类似工点的岩土理论分析、数值模拟研究成果,结合所收集的已有瓦斯突出隧道的防突实践总结,选择瓦斯压力和工程地质条件作为代表性基础研究指标,提出了防突安全岩盘最小厚度的简便计算办法;(2)利用多个典型工程实例,对比验证了计算方法的可行性;(3)该研究成果将对保障瓦斯隧道突出危险区的施工安全和提高隧道施工进度发挥直接指导作用,可为瓦斯突出地段安全岩盘的科学设置提供重要参考。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: the safety risk is very high in the dangerous section of coal and gas outburst, and the setting method of the safety rock plate has become a key technical problem to avoid the construction risk and improve the construction efficiency. At present, the retention of gas outburst prevention and safety rock plates depends on experience, and there is a great deal of arbitrariness. It is urgent to use geotechnical theory and combined with construction practice to further study and improve it. The conclusions are as follows: (1) this paper draws lessons from geotechnical theory analysis of similar sites, numerical simulation research results, combined with the collection of existing gas outburst tunnel anti-outburst practice summary, select gas pressure and engineering geological conditions as the representative basic research indicators. A simple method for calculating the minimum thickness of anti-outburst safe rock plate is proposed. (2) several typical engineering examples are used. The comparison verifies the feasibility of the calculation method. (3) the research results will play a direct guiding role in ensuring the construction safety of the gas tunnel outburst danger area and improving the construction progress of the tunnel. It can provide an important reference for the scientific setting of the safe rock plate in the gas outburst area.
