沥青路面结构动态模量反演计算与承载力评价研究

【摘要】:随着国家政策的不断务实、路网的逐步完善,以及交通运输一体化和服务质量需求的不断提升,公路交通管理将转变为建养并重、管养结合的模式。而路面承载力评价是进行路面养护决策的重要依据,现有的利用贝克曼梁测得弯沉值的方法,不能反映路面结构在行车动载荷下的力学响应,测定结果又受到环境条件与材料的影响,难以成为路面结构设计符合性检验的有效手段。因此,沥青路面结构承载力评价研究十分关键。论文基于路面结构层材料的动态模量试验结果,结合大新科研试验路资料分析了路面结构应力状态,并对晋济高速进行了结构承载力评价,得出以下结论:采用直接根据野外路面结构反算模量判定路面结构承载力的评价体系;将路面结构各层材料按野外现场FWD测试环境和力学特性划分类型以确定标准状态下动态模量规定值,改变了以往因路用材料动态模量变化剧烈无法得到准确判定值的局面;采用基于实测温度梯度和FWD荷载作用频率建立动态模量评价标准,从沥青混合料粘弹本质上和野外现场荷载作用基础上消除了系统误差和目标值多次预测误差;按“动态弯沉等效”原则建立复合模量判定方法,提出基于复合模量判定和疲劳荷载作用下弯曲模量衰减阈值的沥青路面结构承载力评价体系,克服了现有结构层模量反算准确度差的问题和沥青路面结构承载力评价体系实用性缺失的问题。研究成果已在山西省高速公路路面维修工程的设计、施工中得到推广应用,可为现有新建道路结构承载力符合性检验和旧沥青路面结构承载力评价、养护决策、合理设计处治方案提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous pragmatism of national policy, the gradual improvement of road network, and the continuous improvement of transportation integration and service quality demand, highway traffic management will be transformed into the mode of combining construction and maintenance with the combination of management and maintenance. The evaluation of pavement bearing capacity is an important basis for pavement maintenance decision. The existing methods of measuring deflection by Beckman beam can not reflect the mechanical response of pavement structure under driving dynamic load. The test results are affected by environmental conditions and materials, so it is difficult to be an effective means to test the conformance of pavement structure design. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the bearing capacity of asphalt pavement structure. Based on the dynamic modulus test results of pavement layer material, the stress state of pavement structure is analyzed in combination with the data of Daxin scientific research test road, and the structural bearing capacity of Jinji Expressway is evaluated. The conclusions are as follows: the evaluation system is used to judge the bearing capacity of pavement structure directly according to the reverse calculation modulus of pavement structure in the field; According to the field FWD test environment and mechanical characteristics, the pavement structure materials are divided into different types to determine the dynamic modulus in the standard state, which changes the former situation that the dynamic modulus of road materials can not be accurately determined because of the drastic changes of the dynamic modulus of road materials. Based on the measured temperature gradient and FWD load frequency, the dynamic modulus evaluation standard is established. The systematic error and target multiple prediction error are eliminated from the essence of asphalt mixture viscoelasticity and field load. According to the principle of "dynamic deflection equivalence", the method of determining composite modulus is established, and the evaluation system of asphalt pavement structure bearing capacity based on composite modulus determination and bending modulus attenuation threshold under fatigue load is put forward. It overcomes the problems of poor accuracy of back calculation of structural layer modulus and lack of practicability of evaluation system of asphalt pavement structure bearing capacity. The research results have been popularized and applied in the design and construction of highway pavement maintenance engineering in Shanxi Province, which can be used to test the bearing capacity of existing newly built road structures, evaluate the bearing capacity of old asphalt pavement structures, and make maintenance decisions. Reasonable design of treatment plan provides scientific basis.
