微表处高性能SBS改性乳化沥青制备工艺研究

【摘要】:采用正交试验法研究微表处高性能苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性乳化沥青的制备工艺,依据微表处和改性乳化沥青的性能要求对其测试评价。最佳制备工艺为:改性剂用量以3%为基准以±l%进行试配,乳化剂A初始掺量为1.9%,稳定剂掺量2‰,油水比为60∶40,皂液温度为65℃,沥青温度为165℃,皂液pH值为1.5~2.5,乳化时间为5min,制得的高性能SBS改性乳化沥青成型的微表处混合料的可拌合时间为160s,粘结强度为1.3MPa,6d湿轮磨耗损失为628g/m~2,具有较好的性能。
