第三系粉质黏土地层隧道围岩大变形分析及控制研究

【摘要】：大西客运专线第三系粉质黏土地层乔家山隧道区段在建造初期曾出现喷射混凝土压溃、钢拱架扭曲和仰拱填充层开裂等问题。物相、微观结构分析及现场直剪流变试验表明第三系粉质黏土具有流变特性。本文采用Burgers流变模型模拟该地层力学行为并基于现场直剪流变试验反演获取流变模型参数,运用FLAC程序建立数值模型对隧道围岩大变形进行分析,结果表明围岩流变特性是造成大变形的主因。考虑地层流变性对隧道受力的影响,提出适当加大支护刚度和增大预留变形量的优化方案。数值计算和现场实测均表明优化方案使二次衬砌结构安全得到保证,隧道可顺利通过该地层。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of construction of Qiaojiashan tunnel section of Tertiary silty clay strata of Daxi passenger dedicated line there were problems such as shotcrete collapsing steel arch frame distortion and crack of inverted arch filling layer. Phase, microstructure analysis and in-situ direct shear rheological tests show that Tertiary silty clay has rheological properties. In this paper, the Burgers rheological model is used to simulate the mechanical behavior of the stratum, and the rheological model parameters are obtained by inversion based on the in-situ direct shear rheological test. The large deformation of surrounding rock of the tunnel is analyzed by using the numerical model established by FLAC program. The results show that the rheological property of surrounding rock is the main cause of large deformation. Considering the influence of laminar rheology on the stress of tunnel, the optimal scheme of increasing the support stiffness and the reserved deformation is put forward. The numerical calculation and field measurement show that the optimization scheme ensures the safety of the secondary lining structure and the tunnel can pass through the stratum smoothly.
