LF-2温拌剂降温效果研究

【摘要】:为了研究自行开发的温拌剂LF-2的降温效果及温拌沥青混合料的最佳压实温度,采用不同掺量的LF-2以及Sasobit温拌剂进行对比试验,通过旋转黏度试验和沥青混合料马歇尔标准击实试验,分别在等黏度原则和等体积原则下,对比分析温拌沥青混合料降温效果。研究结果表明:等体积原则比等黏度原则更适合于评价LF-2温拌剂降温效果;等体积原则下即以4%空隙率为控制指标时,0.1%掺量的LF-2温拌剂降温效果与3%掺量Sasobit温拌剂相当,降温幅度均在20℃左右;LF-2温拌剂掺量建议选择沥青质量的0.1%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the cooling effect of warm mix agent LF-2 and the optimum compaction temperature of warm mix asphalt mixture, LF-2 and Sasobit warm mix agent with different contents were used to carry out a comparative test. Through rotating viscosity test and Marshall standard compaction test of asphalt mixture, under the principle of equal viscosity and equal volume, the cooling effect of warm mix asphalt mixture was compared and analyzed. The results show that the equal volume principle is more suitable than the equal viscosity principle to evaluate the cooling effect of LF-2 warm mix agent, and the cooling effect of 0.1% LF-2 warm mixing agent with 4% void ratio as the control index is equal to that of 3% Sasobit warm mix agent under the equal volume principle.
