水泥混凝土路面沥青混凝土功能层剪切变形性能

【摘要】:为了防止水泥混凝土路面沥青混凝土功能层在车辆荷载作用下发生剪切破坏或过大的永久变形,采用自主开发的沥青混凝土功能层累积变形测试装置,对沥青混凝土功能层在重复荷载作用下的剪切变形性能进行了研究,并采用灰关联分析理论对其影响因素进行了分析.结果表明:沥青混凝土功能层累积变形测试装置能较好模拟沥青混凝土功能层实际受力状态,在重复荷载作用下,该功能层的累积变形均呈对数增长,试件一侧产生明显的累积变形;累积变形在3.0mm以下的试件,只是发生了变形、翘曲等现象,而发生内部压碎、断裂的试件,累积变形均在3.5mm以上;沥青混凝土功能层累积变形受沥青用量的影响最大,其次是矿料级配,空隙率影响最小;试验前后试件的侧向挤出变形大于压密作用导致的试件体积减小的变形,沥青混凝土功能层产生累积变形的主要原因是接缝处面板的剪切推挤作用,而非压密作用.
[Abstract]:In order to avoid shear failure or excessive permanent deformation of asphalt concrete functional layer on cement concrete pavement under vehicle load, a self-developed accumulative deformation test device for asphalt concrete functional layer was developed. The shear deformation behavior of asphalt concrete functional layer under repeated load is studied, and the influencing factors are analyzed by grey correlation analysis theory. The results show that the accumulative deformation testing device of asphalt concrete functional layer can simulate the actual stress state of asphalt concrete functional layer, and the cumulative deformation of the function layer increases logarithmic under repeated load. The accumulative deformation of the specimen is obvious on one side, the cumulative deformation of the specimen below 3.0mm is only deformation, warpage and other phenomena, but the internal crushing and fracture of the specimen, the cumulative deformation is above 3.5mm. The cumulative deformation of asphalt concrete functional layer is mainly affected by the amount of asphalt, followed by the gradation of mineral material, and the influence of void ratio is the least, and the lateral extrusion deformation of the specimen before and after the test is larger than the deformation of the specimen volume decrease caused by the compaction. The main reason for the cumulative deformation of the asphalt concrete functional layer is the shearing and pushing action of the face slab at the joint, rather than the compaction.
