X路桥养护科技有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国公路交通发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,基本形成了以高速公路为骨架、普通干线公路和农村公路为基础的公路网络。随着公路网络的不断发展完善,公路养护成为该基础设施正常运营的重要保障。公路养护公司在社会不断发展和经济全球化进程不断加快的大环境下,行业之间的竞争日益激烈。因此,如何制定针对自身实际的发展战略成为各个公司迫切需要研究的问题。论文以X路桥养护科技有限公司为研究对象,详细的分析了X路桥养护科技有限公司的发展现状,通过访谈和问卷调查对该公司发展过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析;运用战略分析相关工具,对该公司的宏观环境和微观环境进行了分析;最后针对目前存在的主要问题,包括公司整体战略规划不明确,组织运行效率较低,部门之间沟通不畅,人力资源考核不合理等,分别从公司的整体战略、组织管理以及人力资源等方面构建了相应的战略,为X路桥养护科技有限公司的进一步发展完善提供了一套可操作性的战略方案。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the development of highway traffic in China has made remarkable achievements, and has basically formed a highway network based on highway skeleton, ordinary trunk highway and rural highway. With the continuous development and improvement of highway network, highway maintenance has become an important guarantee for the normal operation of the infrastructure. Under the environment of the continuous development of the society and the accelerating process of economic globalization, the competition between the highway maintenance companies is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, how to formulate the actual development strategy becomes an urgent problem for each company. This paper takes X Road Bridge maintenance and Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, analyzes the development status of X Road Bridge maintenance Technology Co., Ltd in detail, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development process of the company through interviews and questionnaires. Using the relevant tools of strategic analysis, this paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of the company. Finally, aiming at the main problems existing at present, including the unclear overall strategic planning of the company, the low efficiency of the organization, the poor communication between the departments, the unreasonable assessment of human resources and so on, respectively, from the overall strategy of the company, The strategy of organization management and human resource is constructed, which provides a set of operable strategic scheme for the further development and perfection of X Road and Bridge maintenance Technology Co., Ltd.
