港口堆场与内陆腹地间的集装箱甩挂运输调度研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of port cargo throughput, the standardized transportation represented by containers has developed rapidly, which puts forward higher requirements for the collection and distribution system which undertakes the function of container collection and distribution in port. The emergence of drop-and-hang transport can effectively solve the problems of container collection and distribution between the port yard and inland hinterland, the shortage of loading and unloading capacity in inland hinterland and the low transportation efficiency in the process of transportation. However, if we want to give full play to the advantages of dump transport, we must solve the core problem of dump transport-vehicle scheduling problem. This paper is based on the above background to carry out research. Firstly, this paper combs the research status of vehicle scheduling problem, container transport scheduling problem, dump-hang transport and its scheduling problem at home and abroad, and analyzes the research results of container transportation scheduling and dump-hang transport scheduling. The research contents of this paper are expounded. Secondly, this paper studies the container dump transport between port yard and inland hinterland, and expounds the connotation and characteristics of container dump transport. Based on the analysis of the container dump transport process between the port yard and inland hinterland, this paper summarizes the types of transport tasks of the tractors in the container dumping and hanging transport in and out of the port. It is pointed out that the key to developing container dump and hang transport is to solve the scheduling problem of tractors. Then, on the basis of considering the characteristics of container dump and hinterland, a container dump transport scheduling model between port yard and inland hinterland is established, and the improved greedy algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the corresponding examples are set up to verify the model, and the vehicle scheduling schemes are obtained under the drop-and-hang mode and the traditional transport mode respectively. On the premise of completing the same transportation task, this paper compares the number of tractors under the two modes, the number of transportation tasks completed by the bicycle, and the total transportation cost under the two modes. The results show that, on the premise of completing the same transportation task, compared with the traditional transport mode, the drop-and-hang transport mode can effectively save the number of tractors used. Compared with the traditional transport mode, the total transportation cost can be effectively reduced by the drop-hang transport, which is higher than the single-cycle transport task under the traditional transport mode, and the total transportation cost can be reduced effectively by the drop-off transport mode.
