丫口寨隧道铣挖爆破工法减震效果研究

【摘要】:我国高速铁路隧道修建正在蓬勃发展,新的"十三五"规划更是将其视为国家投资的重点,且铁路修建重点开始向中西部地区转移。鉴于中西部地区各种复杂地质环境和社会环境,尤其是喀斯特地貌浅埋富水软岩情况下,难免遇到各种各样的难题,而爆破减震问题成为亟待解决的问题。本文以沪昆客专贵州段丫口寨大断面富水岩溶隧道工程为依托,通过现场调研、理论分析、现场监测、数值模拟等方法研究铣挖爆破施工技术在浅埋过民房段、浅埋过明河段隧道施工中的应用。主要工作及成果如下:(1)通过理论分析爆破破岩机理,分析了机械铣挖加控制爆破新工法在减震施工中的优越性。结合现场具体工况,分析了铣挖机的参数选取、铣挖方案设计、具体施工中工作效率、经济性及适用性问题。(2)通过现场试验及爆破振动监测,研究论证了铣挖爆破工法在浅埋过民房段减震施工情况下的可行性。(3)通过分析目前爆破振动的相关理论,借助有限元软件数值模拟论证了铣挖爆破工法相比于钻爆法在减震方面的优势。
[Abstract]:The construction of high-speed railway tunnel in China is booming, and the new 13th five-year Plan regards it as the focus of national investment, and the focus of railway construction begins to shift to the central and western regions. In view of the various complex geological and social environments in the central and western regions, especially in the case of shallow water-rich soft rocks in Karst landforms, it is inevitable to encounter various problems, and the problem of blasting shock absorption has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the project of Yakouzhai large section rich water Karst tunnel in Guizhou section of Shanghai and Kunming, this paper studies the application of milling and excavation blasting construction technology in the tunnel construction of shallow buried folk section and shallow buried Minghe section through field investigation, theoretical analysis, field monitoring, numerical simulation and so on. The main work and achievements are as follows: (1) through the theoretical analysis of blasting rock breaking mechanism, the advantages of mechanical milling and blasting combined with controlled blasting in shock absorption construction are analyzed. Combined with the specific working conditions of the site, this paper analyzes the parameter selection of the milling and excavation machine, the design of the milling and excavation scheme, and the working efficiency, economy and applicability in the concrete construction. (2) through the field test and blasting vibration monitoring, the feasibility of the milling and excavation blasting method under the condition of shallow blasting vibration absorption construction is studied and demonstrated. (3) by analyzing the relevant theories of blasting vibration at present, With the help of finite element software numerical simulation, the advantages of milling blasting method compared with drilling blasting method in shock absorption are demonstrated.
