上海W船代公司绩效管理问题及对策研究

  合理的绩效管理对于企业发展是非常重要的,本文通过对上海威华船代公司公司的绩效管理工作展开调研,提出有效的解决对策,对促进企业更好的发展有着重要的意义。本文通过对国内和国外研究现状的研究,分析公司绩效管理问题及解决对策。从绩效管理概念及特点入手,研究绩效考核相关理论,提出本文主要应用的方法关键绩效指标法。从上海威华船代公司公司基本情况入手,指出船舶代理公司绩效管理的特点以及公司绩效考核体系的现状。针对上海威华船代公司现阶段绩效管理存在的问题和产生问题的原因展开分析。通过调研发现公司在内部流程、客户服务、财务这三个层面存在一定的问题。根据公司绩效管理考核体系的原则和思路,依据关键绩效法分别从内部流程、客户服务、财务这三个关键绩效指标体系进行细化,从而实现绩效管理考核体系的构建,并针对内部流程层面、客户服务层面、财务层面提出相应的对策建议。通过本文的研究,对公司绩效管理的分析,为公司开展有效的绩效管理提出更多合理化的建议。
