【摘要】:发动机是飞机上的一个十分重要的组成部分,它性能的好坏,直接决定飞机能否安全飞行。所以,对发动机进行安装前检查,定期保养,故障诊断等性能检测工作是非常重要的,它能够确保其性能良好、工作可靠,对军队战斗力的提高具有很大作用。飞机发动机地面试车系统采用计算机控制技术和数据采集技术,实现了对发动机各个性能参数的测试,降低了对操作人员的要求,提高工作效率,确保发动机使用可靠性。该系统主要由发动机凸轮(CAM)信号测试模块、发动机转速测试模块、发动机压力信号测试模块、发动机温度信号测试模块几部分组成。论文重点给出了系统的设计思路、技术方案的选择、系统的软硬件设计和系统的关键技术几个主要部分。硬件系统的设计是以PLC作为控制核心,选用压力变送器和温度变送器等敏感元件来采集发动机的压力与温度信号,发动机凸轮信号等可直接由PLC采集。软件系统方面,上位机采用军用笔记本电脑,组态软件Delphi 2010作为开发环境,设计了简单、易操作的上位机管理系统,实现了对发动机压力、温度、凸轮等信号的实时监控。另外,针对测试过程中发动机故障不好判断的现象,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的发动机故障智能判断的方法,此方法很好的解决了发动机状态判断的问题,结果令人满意。目前,本课题设计的发动机地面试车系统已经投入使用,经过实践证明,该系统运行良好,能充分满足部队的需要。
[Abstract]:The engine is a very important part of the aircraft, its performance directly determines whether the aircraft flight safety. So, the engine was installed before the inspection, regular maintenance, fault diagnosis performance test is very important, it can ensure the good, the work is reliable, has a great effect on the army enhance combat capability. The aircraft engine ground test system adopts computer control and data acquisition technology, the realization of various engine performance parameter testing, reducing the operating personnel requirements, improve work efficiency, ensure the reliability of the engine. The system is mainly composed of engine cam (CAM) engine speed signal test module, test module engine pressure, engine temperature signal test module, signal test module composed of several parts. The paper gives the system design ideas, technical scheme The choice of several key technologies of hardware and software design of system and the design of hardware. The system uses PLC as the control core, the pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter and other sensitive components to collect the temperature and pressure signal of the engine, the engine cam signal can be directly collected by PLC. The software system, using PC protection notebook computer, configuration software Delphi 2010 as the development environment, design a simple, easy-to-use PC management system, realized the temperature of engine pressure, real-time monitoring of cam signal. In addition, the testing process of engine fault bad judgment phenomenon, put forward a method of engine fault intelligent fuzzy judgment based on Neural Network, this method solves the problem of engine condition judgment, with satisfactory results. At present, the design of the engine to the interview The car system has been put into use. It has been proved by practice that the system runs well and can fully meet the needs of the army.
