共轴倾转旋翼性能及参数影响研究

【摘要】:共轴双旋翼倾转旋翼机是一款复合型高速旋翼飞行器,它既具有直升机垂直起飞和空中悬停的性能,同时具有固定翼飞行器的高速性能。共轴倾转旋翼能够在直升机模式时作为旋翼使用提供升力,在飞机模式时,向前倾转,作为螺旋桨产生前进的推力,共轴双旋翼倾转旋翼机在军、民用方面都具有广泛的应用价值。本文基于动量叶素理论,首先建立了共轴双旋翼轴流状态的性能计算模型,考虑了共轴双旋翼存在的气动干扰,分析了拉力系数、功率系数以及效率在不同的总距角下,随轴向来流速度的变化规律,并与实验数据进行比较,验证所建模型的准确性。在此基础上,完善轴流状态下的双旋翼气动模型,发展出共轴双旋翼倾转状态的性能分析方法。然后,分析和计算了共轴倾转旋翼的桨叶数、上下旋翼半径之比、上下旋翼间距、桨叶负扭转、桨叶尖削比、桨叶安装角对共轴倾转旋翼性能的影响,通过综合优化共轴倾转旋翼的参数,得到最优的性能。最后,简要介绍了共轴双旋翼倾转旋翼机倾转过渡过程中的气动力变化及操纵方式与策略,阐述了机翼在不同模式下的变形所遵循的原则,探讨了共轴双旋翼倾转旋翼机飞行控制系统方案。
[Abstract]:The coaxial twin-rotor tilting rotorcraft is a composite high-speed rotary-wing aircraft, which has not only the performance of helicopter vertical take-off and hovering in the air, but also the high-speed performance of fixed-wing aircraft. The coaxial tilting rotor can be used as a rotor to provide lift in helicopter mode, and in aircraft mode, forward, as the propeller produces forward thrust, and the coaxial double rotor tilting rotor is in the army. The civilian aspect all has the widespread application value. Based on the momentum and leaf element theory, this paper first establishes a performance model for the axial flow state of a coaxial double rotor. The aerodynamic interference of the coaxial double rotor is considered, and the pull coefficient, power coefficient and efficiency are analyzed at different total pitch angles. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental data. On this basis, the aerodynamic model of double rotor under axial flow is improved, and the performance analysis method of coaxial double rotor tilting is developed. Then, the effects of the number of blades, the ratio of the upper and lower rotor radius, the space between the upper and lower rotor, the negative torsion of the blade, the tip cutting ratio of the blade and the installation angle of the blade on the performance of the coaxial tilting rotor are analyzed and calculated. The optimal performance is obtained by synthetically optimizing the parameters of coaxial tilting rotor. In the end, the aerodynamic changes, control modes and strategies during the tilting transition of the coaxial twin-rotor tilting wing are briefly introduced, and the principles of wing deformation in different modes are expounded. In this paper, the flight control system of the coaxial double rotor tilting rotor is discussed.
