锥柱形件质心质偏测试的研究

【摘要】:质量、质心和质偏是锥柱形件三个非常重要的结构特征量。这些参数为评定锥柱形件产品的质量、可靠性、设计强度和飞行稳定性提供依据。论文结合国内外研究现状,基于前人研究的基础上提出采用三点法结合刀口偏心技术进行锥柱形件的质量、质心和质偏的测量。在测量方法确定以后在机械结构方面有所改进,设计了自动升降机构和质心、质偏测试转换机构,实现了由质心测量直接到质偏测量的转换,从而实现质心、质偏参数在同一台设备上测量的目的。长度测量机构的设计,实现了设备坐标系与被测锥柱形件坐标系之间的转换。其他机械结构比如测量架、传感器安装机构、调平装置较之前都有改进。然后从按照质量分档方案下手,优化设备量程,在不增加设备台套数和满足测量精度的前提下,能够扩大测量范围,使设备的使用更加科学,做到合理利用资源。然后对控制系统进行设计,控制系统主要包括数据采集模块和电机控制模块,实现了质心、质偏测量中几个重要参数的标定和质量、质心、质偏的测量。最后对承载较大的测量架进行有限元分析,保证其强度。
[Abstract]:Mass, centroid and mass deviation are three very important structural characteristics of conical cylindrical parts. These parameters provide a basis for evaluating the quality, reliability, design strength and flight stability of conical cylindrical products. Based on the research status at home and abroad, a three-point method combined with cutter edge eccentricity technique is proposed to measure the mass, center of mass and mass deviation of conical cylindrical parts on the basis of previous studies. After the determination of the measurement method, the mechanical structure has been improved. The automatic lifting mechanism and the center of mass and the mass deviation test conversion mechanism have been designed to realize the transformation from the centroid measurement to the mass deviation measurement, thus realizing the centroid. The purpose of measuring mass deviation parameters on the same equipment. The design of the length measuring mechanism realizes the conversion between the equipment coordinate system and the measured cone cylindrical coordinate system. Other mechanical structures, such as measuring frames, sensor installations and levelers, have been improved. Then, according to the quality grading scheme, the equipment range can be optimized, without increasing the number of equipment sets and satisfying the measuring precision, the measuring range can be expanded, the use of the equipment will be more scientific, and the resources can be used rationally. Then the control system is designed. The control system mainly includes data acquisition module and motor control module, which realizes the calibration of several important parameters and the measurement of mass, centroid and mass deviation in centroid and mass deviation measurement. Finally, the finite element analysis of the measuring frame with large load is carried out to ensure its strength.
