12株牛源肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLs类抗生素的耐药性与耐药基因检测

【摘要】:为了解重庆地区12株牛源肺炎克雷伯菌的超广谱β-内酰胺酶耐药性及ESBLs基因型分布情况,该试验采用纸片扩散法对12株肺炎克雷伯菌进行超广谱抗菌药物的敏感性检测,通过PCR方法检测其所产生的耐药基因类型.结果表明:12株菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林的耐药率均为100%,头孢噻吩和先锋霉素Ⅴ的耐药率为17%,头孢曲松的耐药率为0%.产ESBLs菌株3种耐药基因TEM,SHV,CTX-M的检出率分别为100%,42%,67%,以TEM的检出率最高.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the resistance of extended-spectrum 尾 -lactamases and the distribution of ESBLs genotypes in 12 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae in Chongqing area, the susceptibility of 12 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae to extended-spectrum antimicrobial agents was detected by disk diffusion method. The type of drug resistance gene was detected by PCR. The results showed that the resistance rates of 12 strains to amoxicillin and ampicillin were 100, 17 to cefthiophene and ceftriaxone 鈪,
