芒果八氢番茄红素合成酶基因PSY的结构分析及功能预测

【摘要】:为研究芒果八氢番茄红素合成酶基因(PSY)的性质及结构功能。根据GenBank上登录的芒果及其它11种植物的PSY蛋白质氨基酸序列,利用生物信息学在线分析软件对其组成成分与理化性质、系统发育进化、导肽、跨膜结构域、疏水性/亲水性、二级结构、功能结构域以及三级结构进行预测和分析。结果表明,芒果与其它11种植物的PSY基因氨基酸序列的理化性质基本一致,在进化关系上划分为2类,主要表现为亲水性蛋白,α-螺旋、不规则卷曲和延伸连是其二级结构的主要结构元件,没有跨膜结构域,属于萜类合成酶C1超家族。本研究将为深入揭示PSY基因在植物花、果实和果皮以及叶片等器官颜色变化中所发挥的功能,开展其分子机理研究提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:To study the properties and structural functions of lycopene synthase gene (PSY) from mango. Based on the amino acid sequences of PSY protein in mango and 11 other plants recorded in GenBank, the composition and physicochemical properties, phylogenetic evolution, peptide conduction, transmembrane domain, hydrophobic / hydrophilic properties of Mango and 11 other plants were analyzed by on-line bioinformatics software. The secondary structure, functional domain and tertiary structure are predicted and analyzed. The results showed that the amino acid sequence of PSY gene of mango was basically identical with that of other 11 plants. The amino acid sequence of PSY gene was divided into two groups in evolutionary relationship, mainly hydrophilic protein, 伪 -helix, hydrophilic protein and 伪 -helix. Irregular curl and extension connection are the main structural elements of its secondary structure. There is no transmembrane domain, so it belongs to the C _ 1 superfamily of terpene synthase. This study will provide a theoretical reference for revealing the function of PSY gene in the color changes of flower, fruit, pericarp and leaf, and to study the molecular mechanism of PSY gene.
