基于犹豫模糊语言的多属性群决策方法

【摘要】:决策环境的多样性以及决策者不同的思考方式、知识背景等使得决策问题具有一定的模糊性.在处理具体的决策问题,当语言评价犹豫于多个语言术语时,选择犹豫模糊语言术语集进行评价具有更强的柔性.因此,近年来,众多的学者对犹豫模糊语言术语集的理论及应用的研究产生了浓厚的兴趣.本文主要对犹豫模糊语言术语集的排序方法和距离测度存在的局限性进行了分析并作了进一步研究,给出了相应的多属性群决策方法.具体研究内容如下:(1)首先对犹豫模糊语言术语集的排序方法的局限性进行分析,在考虑犹豫模糊语言术语集中语言术语下标的均值和个数的基础上,定义了犹豫模糊语言术语集的模糊度和一种新的排序方法;然后,提出了集结算子对犹豫模糊语言信息进行集成,同时研究了这些算子的性质;最后,给出基于犹豫模糊语言集结算子的多属性群决策方法并将其应用到风险投资中.(2)分析了犹豫模糊语言术语集之间的距离存在的局限性,拓展了模糊度;结合模糊度提出了新的距离测度,它能克服原距离测度中存在的不足.分别讨论了犹豫模糊语言术语集离散型、连续型、偏好型和加权型距离测度.基于新距离提出了集结犹豫模糊语言信息的TOPSIS 方法。
[Abstract]:The diversity of decision environment, the different way of thinking of decision makers, the knowledge background and so on make the decision problems fuzzy. When dealing with specific decision problems, when language evaluation hesitates in many language terms, It is more flexible to choose the hesitant fuzzy glossary of terms for evaluation. Therefore, in recent years, Many scholars have been interested in the theory and application of hesitant fuzzy terminology set. In this paper, the limitations of sorting method and distance measure of hesitant fuzzy language terminology set are analyzed and further studied. In this paper, the corresponding multi-attribute group decision making method is given. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) firstly, the limitation of the ranking method of the hesitant fuzzy language terminology set is analyzed. On the basis of considering the mean value and the number of linguistic terms subscript in the hesitant fuzzy language terminology set, the ambiguity degree and a new sort method of the hesitant fuzzy language terminology set are defined. In this paper, aggregation operators are proposed to integrate hesitant fuzzy language information, and the properties of these operators are studied. This paper presents a multi-attribute group decision making method based on hesitant fuzzy language aggregation operator and applies it to venture capital. It analyzes the limitation of the distance between hesitant fuzzy language terminology sets and extends the ambiguity degree. This paper proposes a new distance measure combined with ambiguity, which can overcome the shortcomings of the original distance measure. Based on the new distance, a new TOPSIS method is proposed to aggregate the information of hesitant fuzzy language.
