基于Vague集TOPSIS法的卫生服务满意度综合评价问题研究

【摘要】：正医疗卫生领域常见多属性决策或多指标评价问题~([1]),传统模型适用于客观属性或指标情况,以精确实数为测度信息设计建模方案~([2-3]),主观属性或指标测度适于模糊数描述,而传统模型不适于这类模糊信息计算。Zadeh提出模糊集合(Fuzzy集),基于此的模糊综合评判模型~([4-5])用于单隶属度逻辑运算简单而粗糙。Gau和Buehrer对其改进并提出Vague集,兼顾隶属度、非隶属度和犹豫度,对模糊信息描述更为全
[Abstract]:The traditional model is suitable for the objective attribute or index case, the accurate real number is used as the measure information to design the modeling scheme ([2-3]), the subjective attribute or the index measure is suitable for the fuzzy number description, the traditional model is suitable for the objective attribute or the index evaluation problem ([2-3]), the subjective attribute or the index measure is suitable for the fuzzy number description.The traditional model is not suitable for this kind of fuzzy information calculation.
