改进的IFOWG算子在海军装备决策中的应用研究

【摘要】:在直觉模糊有序加权几何(IFOWG)算子的基础上进行改进,发展出新的集成算子,把它命名为D-IFOWG算子。通过证明,D-IFOWG算子依然良好地保留了原先的算子性质,并且这种改进方式有利于弥补原先单个属性占主导地位,其他属性被忽略的缺陷,能够更加全面地考虑属性指标选出合理方案。文中引入线性偏差:实际的海洋气候影响海军装备的综合值与指挥官主观偏爱的差距,使偏差尽可能的小从而确定影响因素的权重,而不是简单的主观赋权。最后,应用DIFOWG算子于海军装备选择,进一步说明该算子的可行性与实用性。
[Abstract]:Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometry (IFOWGG) operator, a new integration operator is developed and named as D-IFOWG operator. By proving that the D-IFOWG operator still retains the properties of the original operator well, and this improved method is helpful to make up for the defect that the former single attribute dominates and the other attributes are ignored. Can consider the attribute index more comprehensively to choose the reasonable scheme. Linear deviation is introduced in this paper: the difference between the synthetic value of the actual marine climate and the commander's subjective preference makes the deviation as small as possible so as to determine the weight of the influencing factors rather than the simple subjective weighting. Finally, the DIFOWG operator is applied to naval equipment selection, which further demonstrates the feasibility and practicability of the operator.
