供应链企业联合决策的随机规划方法

【摘要】:供应链是联结各个企业的一个环环相扣的链条,即从原材料和零部件的采购、运输、加工、制造和分销,最终到达顾客手中的过程,而供应链管理就是对整个供应链系统进行统筹安排、规划、操作、控制、优化的各种活动和过程。在企业的生产活动过程中,管理决策者通过对生产,运输和库存三阶段的分析和研究,为达到库存成本和生产成本最低,运输量最大的目的,对生产,运输和库存过程进行联合决策,从而实现总成本最低。首先,通过利用随机规划的建模方法,在顾客需求是随机的情况下,通过合理的假设,分别构建使总成本最小的单周期和多周期的运输—库存联合决策模型,探索混合智能算法求解。结合模型和算法研究了一个算例,其结果表明混合智能算法可以有效的解决该模型,验证了算法和模型的可行性。其次,综合考虑生产,运输和库存这三个关键环节,在上一章研究内容的基础之上,在顾客需求是随机的情况下,建立使总成本最小的多供应商对多零售商的生产—运输—库存决策模型,利用遗传算法的启发式求解策略寻找最优解,并研究了一个简单算例验证该算法和模型的实用性。
[Abstract]:Supply chain is an interlocking chain that connects various enterprises, that is, the process of purchasing, transporting, processing, manufacturing and distributing raw materials and parts, and finally reaching the customers. Supply chain management is all kinds of activities and processes of overall arrangement, planning, operation, control and optimization of the whole supply chain system. In the process of enterprise production activities, management decision makers through the production, transport and inventory of the three stages of analysis and research, in order to achieve the lowest inventory cost and production costs, the largest volume of transport, production, Transportation and inventory processes make joint decisions to achieve the lowest total cost. Firstly, by using the stochastic programming modeling method, under the condition that customer demand is stochastic, through reasonable assumption, the single cycle and multi cycle transportation inventory joint decision models with minimum total cost are constructed, respectively. The hybrid intelligent algorithm is explored to solve the problem. An example is studied by combining the model and the algorithm. The results show that the hybrid intelligent algorithm can effectively solve the model and verify the feasibility of the algorithm and model. Secondly, considering the three key links of production, transportation and inventory, on the basis of the contents of the previous chapter, in the case of random customer demand, The production-transportation-inventory decision model of multi-supplier to multi-retailer with minimum total cost is established. The heuristic solution strategy of genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal solution. A simple example is studied to verify the practicability of the algorithm and the model.
