模糊数学在GSM数据业务质量评估中的运用

【摘要】:目前,国内通信运营商移动、电信和联通三足鼎立,通信行业随着智能手机的普及再度呈现蒸蒸日上的景象。数据业务持续性爆炸式增长,语音业务占比下降,运营商的主要收入来源逐步向数据业务聚焦,提高数据业务用户感知度提高竞争力刻不容缓。2016年2月份杭州移动分公司GSM手机上网客户数和流量占2/3/4G总量的比例分别为24%和15.3%,GSM网络仍是当前手机上网业务的重要的承载网络之一,本文也将以GSM网络为例对各种数据业务评估方法进行对比分析。论文首先介绍了杭州移动现行的数据业务评估方法和重要参数指标,并对现行的评估方法进行分析,比较其优缺点。随后引入了模糊数学的概念与运用方法,重点介绍了模糊综合评判法和多级模糊综合评判法的优点,分析了模糊数学评估中的层次分析法理论和具体的计算验证过程,并将其实际运用到对杭州移动下沙分公司数据业务用户感知度的评估之中,得到如下结果:即杭州移动公司下沙分公司的各个BSC覆盖区域数据业务质量在“达标并且很好”的程度为18%,“达标并且好”的程度为11%,“达标”的程度为30%,“未达标且差”为“10%”,“未达标井且很差”为“31%”;为了使评估结果对后续优化提升工作更加具备指导性,引入了(Y)模糊积分模型,具体操作过程中简化了基于模糊理论的GSM数据业务质量评价方法的过程,以杭州下沙8个BSC区域的6项关键指标为基础,进行了综合评价,得到6个BSC的具体评估分值与优劣排序,然后与杭州移动传统的KPI指数评估法得出的结论进行对比分析,发现对BSC095和BSC154的评估结果存在不同。结合下沙各个BSC区域的实际地理位置,基站配置情况和移动用户的客观情况,BSC095的数据业务感知度明显高于BSC154,运用新方法得到的结论更贴近用户实际感知度,更加精确,合理。但是整个计算过程相对传统方式更加复杂,需要进一步简化加强可操作性。目前移动数据业务迅猛发展,提升用户感知度非常迫切,因此准确评估显得非常重要。新评估方法完全可以运用到4G和未来的5G业务当中,具备很强的实用性和可复制性。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic communication operators mobile, telecommunications and Unicom stand together, the telecommunications industry with the popularity of smartphones again presents a thriving scene. Data services continue to grow explosively, voice services account for a decline, the main revenue sources of operators gradually focus on data services, In February 2016, Hangzhou Mobile Branch GSM mobile phone access customers and traffic accounted for 2 / 3 / 4G total proportion of 24% and 15. 3% GSM network is still the current mobile phone Internet service heavy. One of the important bearer networks, This paper will also take GSM network as an example to carry on the comparison analysis to each kind of data service appraisal method. Firstly, the paper introduces the current data service evaluation method and important parameter index of Hangzhou Mobile, and analyzes the current evaluation method, and compares its advantages and disadvantages. Then the concept and application of fuzzy mathematics are introduced, the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are introduced, and the analytic hierarchy process in fuzzy mathematics evaluation is analyzed. And it is applied to the evaluation of the user perception of the data service of Xiasha Branch of Hangzhou Mobile. The results are as follows: the quality of data service in each BSC coverage area of Xiasha Branch of Hangzhou Mobile Company is 18 in "standard and good", 11 in "standard and good", 30 in "standard", "not in good". The standard is "10%" and the difference is "10%". In order to make the evaluation results more instructive for further optimization and promotion, a fuzzy integral model was introduced. The process of GSM data service quality evaluation based on fuzzy theory is simplified. Based on six key indexes of 8 BSC areas in Xiasha, Hangzhou, a comprehensive evaluation is carried out. The concrete evaluation scores of six BSC are obtained, and then compared with the traditional KPI index evaluation method of Hangzhou Mobile, it is found that the evaluation results of BSC095 and BSC154 are different. Combined with the actual geographical location of each BSC area in Xiasha, the data service perception of BSC095 is obviously higher than that of BSC154. the conclusion obtained by the new method is closer to the actual perception of the user and is more accurate and reasonable. However, the whole calculation process is more complicated than the traditional method, which needs to be further simplified and more operable. With the rapid development of mobile data service, it is very urgent to improve the user perception, so it is very important to evaluate accurately. The new evaluation method can be applied to 4G and 5 G service in the future. It has strong practicability and replicability.
