隐式差分法用于平衡扩散速率色谱模型的求解

【摘要】:为了稳定求解平衡扩散速率色谱模型,采用有限差分法建立了其迭代求解的隐式差分方程,讨论了其稳定性与方程误差,通过仿真计算考察了该差分格式的计算误差,并通过甘草苷与甘草素的分离实验进行验证。结果表明:该差分格式在线性及非线性体系下无条件稳定,计算误差小,准确度高;在非线性体系下,甘草苷与甘草素的计算色谱流出曲线与实验流出曲线吻合良好。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the equilibrium diffusion rate chromatographic model stably, the iterative implicit difference equation is established by using the finite difference method. The stability and error of the equation are discussed. The calculation error of the difference scheme is investigated by simulation. The separation experiment of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin was carried out. The results show that the difference scheme is unconditionally stable in linear and nonlinear systems, with small calculation error and high accuracy, and the calculated chromatographic efflux curves of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin agree well with the experimental effluent curves in nonlinear systems.
