基于共识评价视角的加权DEA交叉效率评价方法

【摘要】：DEA交叉效率法允许所有决策单元都参与效率评价,同时考虑自我评价和同行评价,所以评价结果能被广泛接受,但忽略评价的共识性问题。文章提出了一种新的基于评价共识的加权交叉效率方法。该方法给出最大化评价共识性为第二目标的模型来解决权重不唯一问题。在此基础上,给出了基于相关系数的DEA单元评价共识度测算方法,以单元的评价共识度为权重,给出加权交叉效率法,从而进行效率排序。
[Abstract]:DEA cross-efficiency method allows all decision-making units to participate in efficiency evaluation, considering both self-evaluation and peer evaluation, so the evaluation results can be widely accepted, but the consensus problem of evaluation is ignored. In this paper, a new weighted cross efficiency method based on evaluation consensus is proposed. This method gives the model of maximizing the consensus of evaluation as the second objective to solve the problem of non-unique weight. On the basis of this, the method of estimating the consensus degree of DEA unit evaluation based on correlation coefficient is given. The weighted cross-efficiency method is given by taking the consensus degree of unit evaluation as the weight, and the efficiency ranking is carried out.
