社团层面上的谣言局域目标免疫策略研究

【摘要】:随着网络技术的发展,谣言作为一种典型的社会现象,它的传播给社会秩序及经济发展带来许多不良影响。深入研究谣言在网络中的传播机理和免疫策略对于维护社会和经济的和谐发展具有重要意义。社会网络普遍具有社团结构特性,因而提出针对社团网络的谣言免疫策略显得越来越重要。本文通过研究不同的网络结构、传播模型及免疫策略,得到基于社团局域信息的谣言目标免疫策略。本文主要完成以下工作:(1)通过研究复杂网络上的网络统计特性、网络模型和传播模型,深入理解复杂网络上的传播动力学行为,为谣言的免疫策略研究建立基础。(2)分析并计较了几种免疫策略的优缺点,针对网络的社团结构特性,研究了社团网络上的谣言免疫策略。(3)结合几种免疫策略的优缺点,目标免疫效果显著但是需要知道全局网络信息,CBF基于社团网络局域信息但是易引入异质节点且所需免疫节点数目过多,本文谣言免疫方法克服了这两种免疫方法所存在的问题,在已知有限网络信息的情况下,建立基于重要社团边缘节点的免疫策略。将本文方法与目标免疫和CBF免疫策略的效果进行了比较,发现本文方法在基于社团网络局域信息的基础上,以较少的免疫节点数目起到较好的免疫效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology, rumors as a typical social phenomenon, its spread to the social order and economic development brought many adverse effects. It is of great significance to study the spreading mechanism and immune strategy of rumor in the network for maintaining the harmonious development of society and economy. Social networks generally have the characteristics of community structure, so it is more and more important to propose rumour immunization strategy against community networks. In this paper, we study different network structure, propagation model and immune strategy, and get the target immunization strategy based on community local information. The main work of this thesis is as follows: (1) through studying the statistical characteristics, network model and propagation model of complex network, we can deeply understand the behavior of propagation dynamics in complex network. (2) analyzing and considering the advantages and disadvantages of several immune strategies. (3) combining the advantages and disadvantages of several immune strategies, aiming at the characteristics of the community structure of the network, this paper studies the rumor immune strategy on the community network. (3) combining the advantages and disadvantages of several immune strategies, The immune effect of target is remarkable but the global network information is needed. CBF is based on local information of community network but it is easy to introduce heterogeneous nodes and the number of immune nodes needed is too many. The rumour immunization method in this paper overcomes the problems of these two immune methods. When the limited network information is known, an immune strategy based on important community edge nodes is established. The results of this method are compared with those of target immunization and CBF immunization strategy. It is found that the proposed method has a better immune effect with fewer immune nodes on the basis of local information of community network.
