考虑感染期的院内抗生素耐药菌传播模型及其稳定性分析

【摘要】:针对感染期对院内抗生素耐药菌传播的影响,结合院内感染的特性,建立了一类带有感染期时滞,同时考虑患者间直接传播及医患间间接传播抗生素耐药菌的传染病模型.引入感染期时滞的同时,考虑患者经过感染期后仍在院内的概率为e~(-μτ).运用确定疾病暴发阈值R_0、Routh-Hurwitz判据、Lasalle-Liapunov不变集原理等经典方法,证明了当R_01时,对于任意的时滞τ≠0,无病平衡点是局部以及全局渐近稳定的;当R_01时,地方病平衡点存在且唯一,对于任意的时滞τ≠0,地方病平衡点是局部以及全局渐近稳定的.即在该模型中感染期时滞并不影响平衡点的稳定性,并通过数值模拟验证了结论的正确性.
