监控两阶段相关过程的触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图

【摘要】:为解决过程自相关情况下两阶段过程发生趋势性漂移的监控问题,设计了触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图。充分利用故障表征中隐藏的动态信息,提出采用触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图对两阶段相关过程进行监控,以探测过程输出质量特性发生的趋势性漂移。通过仿真,以平均运行链长为准则,比较了几种控制图的监控效果。仿真结果表明,基于触发CUSUM-CUSCORE控制图对过程输出质量特性具有较好的监控性能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the monitoring problem of trend drift in two-stage process under the condition of autocorrelation, a trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart is designed. Making full use of the hidden dynamic information in fault representation, a trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart is proposed to monitor the two-stage related process in order to detect the trend drift of the output quality characteristics of the process. Through simulation, the monitoring effects of several control charts are compared according to the criterion of average running chain length. The simulation results show that the trigger CUSUM-CUSCORE control chart has good monitoring performance for the process output quality characteristics.
