玉米籽粒大小性状的QTL定位

籽粒大小相关性状,包括粒长、粒宽、粒厚等,对于玉米的产量与品质表现具有决定性的影响。揭示这些性状的表型特性,并发掘相应的QTL,对于玉米高产、稳产育种,以及品质改良都具有重要的实践指导意义。本研究以自育的穗位极低材料EHel(extremely low Ear Height)与测序自交系B73杂交所构建的F3分离群体为研究对象,全面鉴定了群体的粒长、粒宽、粒厚,并结合10K的SNP芯片基因型鉴定,开展了玉米极低穗位材料EHel籽粒大小性状的表型鉴定与QTL定位。主要研究结果如下:1.亲本及分离群体籽粒大小性状的表型特性表型鉴定结果显示,两个亲本EHel与B73的10-粒长(10-kernel length,KL)与10-粒宽(10-kernel width,KW)在2018与2019之间均表现出极显著差异(P<0.01)。但是EHel的10-粒厚(10-kernel thickness,KT)在两年之间差异不显著(P=0.6788),而B73的KT在两年间则差异极显著(P=0.0098)。亲本之间的比较结果表明,在2018与2019两年间,EHel与B73的KL与KW均存在极显著...
