制造型企业BOM数据转化研究及应用

【摘要】:随着经济的发展及人们个性化需求的增长,现代制造型企业之间的竞争日益激烈,企业能否高效应用信息技术来提高生产效率已经成为企业赢得竞争的关键要素之一。产品数据是企业数据的源头,是企业信息管理的基础,而物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)又是产品数据的基础和主要形式,在企业信息化管理过程中起着十分重要的作用。首先,本文结合制造型企业BOM技术的国内外研究现状,分析并总结了目前BOM技术在企业实现过程中存在的问题,研究了BOM的各个管理事项,分析了BOM在数据录入,BOM模版管理,BOM通用化技术等方面的企业需求。其次,本文论述了基于客户需求的配置模型获取技术。从基于客户需求的产品配置模型的构架入手,给出了零部件之间的配置关系运算,通过对BOM视图映射的分析,研究了从客户需求到设计BOM的映射技术。基于重庆建设摩托车股份有限公司的工程实践,对BOM在企业信息管理系统中的转化流程进行了实际操作研究。再次,论文提出了产品全生命周期下的制造BOM、设计BOM和采购BOM之间的转化模型及算法。对产品设计BOM向制造BOM转化时遇到的问题做了详细的分析,针对存在的问题,提出了一种新的BOM转化模型,并结合该模型设计了相应的算法。最后,论文运用BOM理论方面的相关知识,联系企业中的实际运用,通过系统分析与设计,建立了基于BOM技术的企业信息管理系统。系统的实践应用证明了本文提出的观点有一定的实际应用价值。本文结尾对BOM技术研究做了进一步的展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the increase of individual demand, the competition among modern manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Whether enterprises can use information technology to improve production efficiency has become one of the key factors for enterprises to win the competition. Product data is the source of enterprise data and the basis of enterprise information management, and bill of materials (Bill of Material,BOM) is the basis and main form of product data, which plays a very important role in the process of enterprise information management. First of all, combined with the domestic and international research status of BOM technology in manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of BOM technology in the process of enterprise implementation, studies the various management items of BOM, and analyzes the management of BOM in data entry and BOM template. BOM generic technology and other aspects of the enterprise needs. Secondly, this paper discusses the configuration model acquisition technology based on customer requirements. Starting with the framework of the product configuration model based on customer demand, the configuration relation operation between parts is given. Through the analysis of BOM view mapping, the mapping technology from customer requirement to design BOM is studied. Based on the engineering practice of Chongqing Construction Motorcycle Co., Ltd, the conversion process of BOM in enterprise information management system is studied. Thirdly, the transformation model and algorithm between manufacturing BOM, design BOM and purchasing BOM are proposed. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems encountered in the transformation of product design BOM to manufacturing BOM, and puts forward a new BOM transformation model based on the existing problems, and designs the corresponding algorithm combined with the model. Finally, the paper uses the related knowledge of BOM theory, connecting with the practical application in the enterprise, through systematic analysis and design, establishes the enterprise information management system based on the BOM technology. The practical application of the system has proved that the viewpoint put forward in this paper has certain practical application value. At the end of this paper, the further research of BOM technology is prospected.
