论构建人类命运共同体的伦理意义

【摘要】：当代中国领导人提出并深度阐发的"构建人类命运共同体"的价值理念,是对当今世界发展趋势的深度把握以及全球各种危机难题的治本之策,揭示了全球化、信息化、网络化条件下国与国之间以及人与人之间所形成的命运休戚相关、福祸一体、生死与共的关系,要求摈弃以往那种全然不顾他人、他国正当利益的利己主义和非此即彼的零和思维,建设一个和谐共生、共同发展、持久和平的和谐世界。构建人类命运共同体的价值理念有着深远而深刻的伦理创化意义,不仅为建构健康、公正、合理的全球伦理奠定了价值基石,为发展平等、合作、共赢的国际关系伦理矗起了精神大厦,而且为创造包容互鉴、和而不同的人类伦理文明提供了义理支撑,凸显着"为天地立心,为生民立命,为往圣继绝学,为万世开太平"的建纲立极、创业垂统的伦理神韵和价值。
[Abstract]:The value concept of "constructing the Community of Human Destiny" put forward and deeply elucidated by contemporary Chinese leaders is a radical solution to the development trend of the world and various global crisis problems, which reveals the globalization and informatization. In the networked environment, the destiny formed between nations and between people is closely related, good or bad, and the relationship of life and death together, which demands the rejection of the past kind of total disregard for others. The egoism of other countries' legitimate interests and the zero-sum thinking of one or the other build a harmonious world of harmonious symbiosis, common development and lasting peace. The value concept of constructing the community of human destiny has profound and profound ethical creative significance. It not only lays the value foundation for the construction of healthy, just and reasonable global ethics, but also develops equality and cooperation. The win-win ethics of international relations have given rise to the spiritual edifice, and have provided a righteous support for the creation of tolerance and mutual learning, and for the creation of human ethical civilizations that are different from each other. It highlights that "stand for the heart of heaven and earth, for the life of the people, for the survival of the people, and for the preservation of learning." For the establishment of a peaceful "the foundation of the pole, pioneering work and the ethical charm and value of the United."
