大学生数学建模团队信息行为研究

【摘要】:信息行为研究是情报学领域研究的重要内容,它旨在理解用户的需求及行为方式,从而更有针对性地为信息用户提供信息查寻与信息获取的服务,尽最大可能使“每一位信息用户无需做出特殊努力就能拿到他需要的信息”。自20世纪60年代,团队情境下的或以团队为研究单元的信息行为研究倍受国内外研究者青睐,相关研究取得了不小成果,该研究领域亦不断得到深化发展,为不同类型团队的信息服务实践提供了重要的理论指导,也提出了不少相关理论和合作信息行为模型。然而,由于不同团队类型情境下的信息行为规律受到多方面因素的影响,从而呈现出不同特征和行为模式,所对应的信息服务内容和方式也不尽相同。大学生数学建模团队是大学生群体较为特殊的组成部分,也是众多团队类型中具有典型意义的一类团队。对大学生数学建模团队信息行为的一般特征与行为模式的探究与揭示,将有助于信息服务机构,特别是大学图书馆,为其知识学习和基本技能培养提供个性化信息服务,也有助于现今较为受欢迎的数学建模教育教学从信息行为的视角设计教学方案,从而培养出具有较强实践问题分析能力、较高信息素养的创新型大学生人才。同时,对大学生数学建模团队信息行为的研究,也是信息行为学相关理论、方法与技术的演绎,相关研究结论有助于丰富团队情境下的信息行为研究理论。在这些理论意义和现实意义的驱动下,本研究以大学生数学建模团队为研究单元,以10个团队为个案研究样本,展开对该类人群的信息行为研究。研究中主要采用质性研究方法(参与观察法、访谈法、关键事件法等)展开资料收集工作,同时,运用编码技术对收集到的资料进行分类、筛选、整理和重组,并结合Znaniecki的分析归纳法对材料进行抽象分析,从逐字逐句编码结果到分类主题再到关键概念,最后形成理论,并通过各种信效度保障措施确保最后形成的理论在一定范围内具有较高的可信性和推广性。本研究的研究结果包括7个较为突出的大学生数学建模团队信息行为特征,1个大学生数学建模团队信息行为过程模型,1个初步的大学生数学建模团队信息行为影响因素模型:(1)大学生数学建模团队信息行为有其一般特征:(1)以数字信息为主,纸质载体信息为补充;(2)以专业数据库为主,搜索引擎成为信息查寻线索发现工具;(3)团队知识结构是不可或缺的信息资源;(4)专业数据库信息检索多以关键词和全文字段检索,整体检索能力较低;(5)团队内部合作信息查寻实现模式是“交流?各自查寻?交流”;(6)“面对面”交流是团队内部信息互动的主要形式。还发现,在大学生数学建模团队信息查寻过程中信息偶遇会给数学建模活动带来“惊喜”、信息迷航成为提高信息查寻效率的障碍、信息规避能够有效缓解信息焦虑。(2)大学生数学建模团队的信息行为活动过程具有一般模型。根据对原始资料的编码分析,得到7个大学生数学建模团队的信息行为活动过程要素,即问题域、内部信息、外部信息、信息差、信息需求、信息查寻、信息利用与管理、信息互动与共享等。此7个信息行为过程要素依据其内在自然关系构成了一个多回路的非线性信息行为模型——大学生数学建模团队信息行为过程模型。(3)大学生数学建模团队信息行为受到内外部7个因素的影响,即信息技术、信息资源、竞赛题目、团队结构、团队资源、团队沟通、团队目标。在借鉴组织行为学与团队动力学相关理论的基础上,对原始资料进行拆分、筛选、重组、归类分析,从而得到这7个信息行为影响因素的主题分类,并以资料数据为基础,分析了各因素在大学生数学建模团队信息行为过程中如何产生作用或如何表征,最后初步构建了大学生数学建模团队信息行为影响因素模型。
[Abstract]:Information behavior research is an important research field of information science, it aims to understand the needs and behavior of users, resulting in more targeted information for users to provide information search and information services, as much as possible to "every information users need to make a special effort to get the information he needs." in 1960s, in the context of team or team as the research unit of information behavior research by domestic and international researchers favor, related research has made no small achievements in this research field has been deepened, provides an important theoretical guidance for the practice of information service teams of different types, and put forward many theories and information cooperation the behavior model. However, because of the information behavior of different types of team situations are affected by many factors, thus showing different characteristics and behavior mode, the The corresponding information service contents and methods are not the same. Students' mathematical modeling team is a special part of college students, a class of typical team but also many team types. To explore and reveal the general characteristics and behavior of College Students' mathematical modeling team information behavior, will be helpful to the information service institutions, especially the university library, to provide personalized information service for the knowledge learning and the training of basic skills, also have the perspective of design teaching helps to present more popular mathematical modeling education from information behavior, to cultivate a strong practical ability to analyze problems, innovative talents of higher information literacy of college students. At the same time, the research on college mathematical modeling team information behavior theory, and information behavior, methods and techniques of interpretation, related research conclusions help to Feng Study on the theory of information rich behavior in the context of team. In driving the theoretical and practical significance, the research on students' mathematical modeling team as the research unit, the 10 team as the study sample, study on the information behavior of the population. The study mainly adopts the qualitative research method (participant observation method, interview method, critical incident method etc.) expand the data collection work, at the same time, using the encoding technology of the collected data classification, screening, sorting and reorganization, combined with the Znaniecki analysis method of abstract analysis of materials, from the encoding results to word for word and sentence for sentence classification subject to key concepts, and finally the formation of theory. Through a variety of security measures to ensure the reliability and validity of the final form of the theory has higher in a certain range of credibility and promotion. The results of this study include 7 outstanding students of Mathematics Modeling team information behavior, 1 undergraduate mathematical modeling team information process model, 1 factor model of primary students' mathematical modeling team information behavior: (1) college mathematical modeling team information behavior has its general characteristics: (1) based on digital information, the paper carrier information to supplement; (2) to the professional database, search engine has become a tool of information seeking clues found; (3) team knowledge structure is an indispensable information resource; (4) the database information retrieval based on keywords and the professional field search, the overall retrieval capacity is low; (5) within the team cooperation mode is the "exchange of information seeking? Their search?"; (6) face to face communication is the main form of team internal information interaction. It is also found that, in the college mathematical modeling team information seeking process from information will bring to encounter mathematical modeling activities" Surprise, improve the search efficiency of information information become obstacles, avoid information can alleviate the information anxiety effectively. (2) the activities of information behavior of College Students' mathematical modeling team process with general model. According to the analysis of the original data encoding, information behavior process of 7 elements of a team of College Mathematical Modeling, namely the problem domain, internal external information, information, information, information needs, information seeking, information management and use of information, interaction and sharing. The 7 elements of the information process on the basis of the intrinsic relations constitute the nonlinear information behavior of college mathematical modeling team information behavior in the process of a multi loop model. In reference to the organizational behavior and team dynamics theory on the basis of the original data is split, screening, reorganization, classification and analysis so as to obtain the subject classification of these 7 factors affect the behavior of information, and the data as the foundation, analyzes the factors of students mathematical modeling team information in the role of university how to produce or how to characterize, finally preliminary constructs a factor model of college mathematical modeling team information behavior.
