十字思考法的创新理路及其在“众创”活动中的应用

【摘要】：十字思考法是在微观层面针对当前开展"众创"活动的现实需要,基于对英国剑桥创新思维基金会主席爱德华.德.博诺博士水平思考法的质疑和思考而提出的一种新的创新思维方法。要求根据创新对象演变发展的历史规律与未来趋势,应用相关科学发展新成果,采用先进技术手段,提出满足当前现实或潜在市场需求的新创意。该方法不仅适用于技术创新领域,同样适用于自然科学、社会科学、管理科学乃至社会管理工程等领域,以及不同层面的众创活动。
[Abstract]:Cross thinking is to meet the practical needs of the current "crowd-creation" activities at the micro level. A new innovative thinking method based on questioning and thinking about the horizontal thinking method of Dr. Edward de Bono, chairman of the Cambridge Foundation for innovative thinking in England, requires that according to the historical rules and future trends of the evolution and development of innovative objects, Applying the new achievements in the development of relevant science and adopting advanced technical means, the author puts forward new ideas to meet the needs of the current realistic or potential market. This method is applicable not only to the field of technological innovation, but also to the natural and social sciences.
