先秦名家论辩思想探析

【摘要】:本文主要是对先秦名家的论辩思想加以考察和探究。先秦名家包括邓析、惠施、公孙龙等人,他们提出颇具争议性的辩题和开创性的论辩思想。但由于邓析、惠施等资料的部分丢失,因此学者对名家的论辩思想研究众说纷纭,仁者见仁,智者见智。通过分析前人的思想以及对原著的研究,我提出了一些个人观点。 本文总体分为四个部分。第一部分是对先秦名家产生的背景以及论辩特点的阐述。名家的产生是具有历史必然性的,由于政治、经济、教育等多方面的原因,人们的思路开始拓宽,对生活进行思考。论辩特点的阐述有利于了解名家的思维方式、思考模式,以及名家所探讨和关注的主要内容。 第二部分是在前人分析和总结名家论辩思想的基础上,重新对这些辩题进行分类。将辩题分为六类,即关系之辩、相对之辩、名名之辩、潜实之辩、离坚自之辩以及动止之辩。通过这些分类,可以了解到名家的讨论内容以及名家的兴趣之所在。这些分类也反映了名家对常识、常理的思考和反思。 第三部分是对名家所提出的辩的理论内容、论辩的方法、论辩的要求等的较为详细的阐述和总结。通过对名家的一些论辩故事的分析,可以总结出一些有关论辩的方法和要求。名家虽然对这些要求和方法没有理论化,但是却影响了很多的学派,使得辩学更为丰富。 第四部分是阐述名家所产生的深远意义。名家的论辩思想不但促成了辩的兴起、推动了辩的发展、拓宽了辩的领域、丰富了辩的技巧,而且还拓宽了人们的思路,倡导了辩证思维、逆向思维等。最重要的是名家的论辩思想推动了逻辑的发展,在这些看似是诡辩的辩题中开启了逻辑的新篇章。 本文的创新之处在于对名家辩题的新分类。从论辩的角度出发,将辩题分为六类,从而了解名家的思想源泉和素材,看到名家的思考脉络以及思考的领域。另外就是通过这些分析可以使更多的人了解名家,消除对名家的误解,驳斥其他学派对名家的批判。名家的“奇谈”、“怪论”并不是诡辩,而是借此为人们打开更为宽阔的思路,使人们开始关注生活,反思常识,进而改善思维方法。
[Abstract]:This article is mainly to examine and explore the debate thought of the famous scholars in pre-Qin Dynasty. Famous scholars in the pre-Qin Dynasty included Deng analysis, Hui Shi, Gong Sun long and others, who put forward controversial debate and groundbreaking argumentation. However, due to the partial loss of materials such as Deng analysis and Hui Shi, scholars have different opinions on the debate thought of famous scholars. By analyzing the ideas of predecessors and the study of the original works, I put forward some personal views. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is about the background and the characteristics of the debate. Due to political, economic, educational and other reasons, people began to broaden their thinking and think about life. The elaboration of the argumentative characteristics is beneficial to the understanding of the thinking mode, and the main contents of the famous scholars. The second part reclassifies these arguments on the basis of analyzing and summing up the ideas of famous scholars. The debate is divided into six categories, namely, the debate of relation, the debate of relative, the argument of name and name, the debate of subdued truth, the argument of separation from firmness and the debate of action. Through these classifications, we can understand the discussion content and the interest of famous scholars. These classifications also reflect the reflection and reflection of famous scholars on common sense and common sense. The third part is a more detailed elaboration and summary of the theoretical content, methods and requirements of the debate put forward by famous scholars. Through the analysis of some argumentative stories of famous scholars, we can summarize some methods and requirements of argumentation. Although famous scholars have not theorized these requirements and methods, they have influenced many schools of thought and made the theory of argumentation more abundant. The fourth part is to expound the profound significance of famous writers. The debate thought of famous scholars not only promoted the rise of debate, promoted the development of debate, broadened the field of debate, enriched the skills of debate, but also broadened people's thinking, advocated dialectical thinking, reverse thinking, etc. The most important thing is that the argumentative thoughts of famous scholars promote the development of logic and open a new chapter of logic in these seemingly sophistry debates. The innovation of this paper lies in the new classification of the subject of famous scholars. From the angle of argumentation, the thesis divides the topic into six categories, so as to understand the thought source and material of the famous school, and to see the thread of thought and the field of thinking of the famous school. In addition, through these analyses, more people can understand the famous, eliminate the misunderstanding of the famous, and refute the criticism of the famous by other schools. The "strange talk" and "strange theory" of the famous scholars are not sophistry, but take this to open up a wider way of thinking for people, so that people begin to pay attention to life, reflect on common sense, and then improve their thinking methods.
