【摘要】：正常委会会议简报是反映常委会组成人员分组审议意见、交流会议动态、记录常委会推进民主法治进程的重要载体,是常委会主任会议正确决策的重要参考。与其他门类的简报相比,有其独特的地位和性质。做好人大常委会会议简报工作,对于更好地服务保障常委会会议工作,确保常委会组成人员依法行使职权,推进人大制度和民主法制建设,都具有至关重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The briefings of the standing Committee meetings are an important carrier for reflecting the opinions of members of the standing Committee in groups, exchanging meeting developments, and documenting the standing Committee's progress in promoting democracy and the rule of law. It is an important reference for the standing committee meeting to make correct decisions. Compared with other kinds of briefings, it has its unique status and nature, and does a good job in the briefing work of the standing committee of the National people's Congress (NPC) standing Committee. It is of vital significance to better serve the work of the standing Committee meetings, ensure that the members of the standing Committee exercise their functions and powers according to law, and promote the construction of the NPC system and the democratic and legal system.
