【摘要】：正代表大部分来自基层,与群众联系紧密,在倾听民声、体察民情、反映民意、宣传国家法律和党的路线方针政策等方面有着更为便利的条件,是党和国家联系群众的桥梁纽带,对推进基层民主法治建设起着十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The majority of the deputies are from the grassroots and have close ties with the masses.
