【摘要】：正张德江委员长在云南就县级人大工作调研时所作的重要指示和讲话,为做好新形势下的县级人大工作指明了方向,提出了新的要求。我们要以张德江委员长的讲话精神统一思想和行动,以讲话精神指导和推动新时期县级人大工作,为进一步促进社会主义民主法制建设,促进当地经济社会发展作出积极贡献。
[Abstract]:The important instructions and speeches made by Chairman Zhang Dejiang in Yunnan when investigating and studying the work of the people's congresses at the county level have pointed out the direction for doing a good job in the work of the people's congresses at the county level under the new situation. We should unify our thinking and actions in the spirit of Chairman Zhang Dejiang's speech, guide and promote the work of the people's congresses at the county level in the new period, and further promote the building of socialist democracy and the legal system. To promote local economic and social development to make positive contributions.
