微信公共领域亟需法治规范

【摘要】：微信公共领域失范行为纷繁芜杂,既有虚假信息的传播,也有不当观点的表达,更有诈骗等违法犯罪活动。微信公共领域的法治规范建设,在执法程序规范上已取得重大进步,未来还需进一步加强标准尺度的统一、执法内容的合理性,以及人民群众表达权利的保障。
[Abstract]:The misbehavior of WeChat public domain is numerous and complicated, which includes the dissemination of false information, the expression of improper views, the illegal and criminal activities such as fraud, and the construction of the rule of law in the public domain of WeChat. Great progress has been made in the standardization of law enforcement procedures. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the unification of standards, the reasonableness of law enforcement content, and the protection of the people's right of expression.
