农村基层换届选举中存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：农村换届选举的实践,有力地推进了农村基层民主和村民自治的进步,增强了村民和广大农村基层干部的民主法制意识,为我国社会主义民主政治建设奠定了坚实的基础。农村民主选举随着农村社会经济的发展也暴露出一些亟待解决的新问题,需要通过加强对换届选举中存在问题的研究,结合农村实际完善选举法规,通过加强培训、示范和引导,全面落实村民自治制度。
[Abstract]:The practice of rural election has pushed forward the progress of rural grass-roots democracy and villager autonomy and strengthened the democratic and legal consciousness of the villagers and the broad masses of rural grassroots cadres. It has laid a solid foundation for the construction of socialist democratic politics in our country. With the development of rural social economy, the rural democratic election has also exposed some new problems to be solved. It is necessary to strengthen the research on the problems existing in the general election, to perfect the electoral laws and regulations in combination with the actual situation in the countryside, and to comprehensively implement the system of villagers' autonomy through strengthening training, demonstration and guidance.
