【摘要】： 新民主主义革命时期马克思主义法制思想中国化是中国共产党将马克思列宁主义的法制思想与当时中国革命和建设的实际情况相结合而进行的初步探索。在这一时期,中国共产党开始认识和了解马克思主义,并将马克思主义的普遍原理同我国革命和建设的实际情况相结合,实现了马克思主义的中国化。在法制建设方面,马克思主义的法制思想为新民主主义革命时期我国的法制建设提供了理论基础,同时也给我们提出了要求,即要准确的把握马克思主义的法制思想。正确的理解马克思主义的法制思想是我们正确运用的前提。我党对马克思主义法制思想的认识及其中国化大致经过了三个阶段。在这三个阶段中，，我党领导人民以马克思主义为指导一边进行革命斗争一边进行法制建设,制定了大量的革命法律制度来巩固革命成果。在此期间,既有成功的经验可以借鉴,也有失败的教训可以总结,中国共产党人正是从不断地借鉴成功经验和总结失败教训中推进马克思主义法制思想中国化的。
[Abstract]:The Sinicization of Marxist legal thought in the period of the New Democratic Revolution is a preliminary exploration by the Communist Party of China of combining the legal ideology of Marxism-Leninism with the actual situation of the revolution and construction in China at that time. The Communist Party of China began to understand and understand Marxism, and combined the universal principles of Marxism with the actual situation of revolution and construction in China, thus realizing the Sinicization of Marxism. The Marxist legal ideology provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the legal system in our country during the period of the new democratic revolution, and at the same time puts forward requirements for us. That is to accurately grasp the Marxist legal thought. The correct understanding of Marxist legal thought is the premise of our correct application. In these three stages, Under the guidance of Marxism, our Party has led the people in carrying out revolutionary struggles while building the legal system, and has formulated a large number of revolutionary legal systems to consolidate revolutionary achievements. During this period, successful experience can be used for reference. There are also lessons of failure that can be summed up. The Chinese Communists are promoting the Sinicization of Marxist legal thought from constantly learning from the successful experience and summing up the lessons of failure.
