民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想研究

【摘要】： 毛泽东是新中国的开国领袖,也是中国共产党内提出并主张对外开放的开拓者,是敢于敞开国门、放眼世界的探索者。在民主革命时期,为适应革命斗争和发展的需要,毛泽东的许多著述中体现了其对外开放思想。作为毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,学术界对民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的研究还未完全展开,并且在肯定毛泽东对外开放思想的学术研究中,多数侧重于毛泽东对外经济开放思想的部分。本文尝试对民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想进行一番系统地研究,从而形成一条清晰的脉络,以利于全面科学理解和掌握民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想,为客观认识、指导和深化今天的对外开放实践路程提供了帮助和借鉴。本文从五个部分对民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想进行系统地论述。第一部分主要来论述民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想产生的渊源。民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想不是无源之水、无本之木。正所谓“十月革命一声炮响,给我们送来了马克思主义”,马克思主义对外开放理论为民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的产生提供了夯实的理论依据。近代中国的国情又为民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的产生提供了实践的基础。而毛泽东鲜明的个性特征又成为民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想产生的主观条件。第二部分主要论述了民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的历史考察。民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想有一个历史发展的过程,大体可以分为萌芽探索阶段、初步形成阶段、正式确立阶段这三个阶段。五四时期,毛泽东成为了一名马克思主义者,主张“向外发展”,向俄国学习。进入土地革命时期,毛泽东为打破敌人的经济封锁,开展了对外贸易活动的尝试。抗日战争时期,毛泽东对外开放思想日益清晰明确,在实践中初步形成。到了解放战争时期,毛泽东对外开放思想日益丰富,在实践中正式确立。第三部分主要论述了民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的主要内容。民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想涵盖了经济、政治、文化及军事等领域,是比较丰富和多方面的对外开放。毛泽东借鉴和学习国外积极成果,洋为中用,不断壮大革命力量,以赢取新民主主义革命的胜利。第四部分主要从民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的特点方面来进行论述。民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想具有以下几个特点:一是以维护国家主权和独立为前提,二是以独立自主、自力更生为基本点,三是一切以本国实际为出发点。在全文的第五部分,主要是对民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想进行了评价。首先,论证地指出了民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想所产生的积极的历史意义。其次,阐述了民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想存在的历史局限性。最后,通过在充分认识民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的基础上,对民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想进行了一番思考,接着指出民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想为今天的社会主义建设和对外开放事业提供了启示。对于如何继承和发扬民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想,克服民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想的历史局限性,避免今后对外开放进程中可能发生的偏差,致力于具有中国特色的社会主义现代化建设,把我国的对外开放事业推向崭新的阶段,笔者尝试进行了一些探讨。研究民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想,有利于进一步加强对毛泽东对外开放思想系统的理解;有利于进一步梳理对外开放思想的整体发展历程;有利于深层次地理解这一思想在民主革命时期所发挥的积极作用,及其对我国建国初期所产生的影响;有利于促进对毛泽东思想的系统学习及把握。民主革命时期毛泽东对外开放思想给今天的我们所带来的思考和启示,令我们能更加明确毛泽东与我国对外开放事业的内在关系,这一课题无疑是具有深远的历史意义及伟大的现实意义的。
