竹质活性炭作为乙炔气相法制备醋酸乙烯催化剂载体的研究

【摘要】:分别以磷酸法、炭化活化一步法制备的竹质活性炭为例,利用SEM、N_(2-)物理吸附等表征手段系统比较了竹质活性炭和椰壳活性炭在物化性能方面的异同,同时利用热重法考察了竹质活性炭作为催化剂载体对醋酸锌的负载量,并以气固相固定床催化反应装置为评价装置,通过乙炔气相法制备醋酸乙烯的合成反应对其催化能力进行评价。实验结果表明,磷酸法制备的竹质活性炭在比表面积、孔结构等物化性能方面都已具备作为催化剂载体的条件,同时具有较好的负载量。但由于孔的分布多为微孔,中孔和大孔的分布较少,所以催化能力相对较低;通过对竹质活性炭进行初步改性,所制备的催化剂生产能力有一定的提高,这说明竹质活性炭具备良好的改性潜力。
[Abstract]:With phosphoric acid, prepared by one-step carbonization and activation of the bamboo activated carbon as an example, using SEM, N_ (2-) adsorption characterization system compares the bamboo activated carbon in the physical and chemical properties, at the same time were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis of bamboo activated carbon as the load of zinc acetate catalyst carrier, and the gas phase catalytic fixed bed reactor for evaluation device were synthesized by acetylene gas phase preparation of vinyl acetate to evaluate its catalytic ability. The experimental results show that phosphate prepared by bamboo activated carbon in surface area, pore structure and physicochemical properties have as a catalyst carrier, and has good load. But because the pore distribution is less distributed micropores, mesopores and macropores, so the catalytic ability is relatively low; the bamboo activated carbon modified by the preparation of preliminary. The production capacity of the catalyst has been improved to a certain extent, which shows that the bamboo activated carbon has a good modification potential.
