【摘要】:选择Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3和拟薄水铝石,同时添加助剂,采用挤条法成型合成气一步法制备二甲醚的双功能催化剂,通过对催化剂进行强度测试、表征和性能评价,确定了最佳的催化剂制备条件为:Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3与拟薄水铝质量比1∶1,胶溶剂硝酸质量分数为4%,助挤剂质量分数柠檬酸为5%、田菁粉为2.5%,用水量与原料粉体的质量比为0.60。在此条件下制备的催化剂,其强度可达153N/cm,在250℃、3MPa、2500m L/(g·h)的条件下,催化剂CO转化率为79.8%,二甲醚的选择性为49.1%,甲醇的选择性为15.2%。
[Abstract]:Cu/Zn/Al_2O_3 and pseudo-boehmite were selected to prepare dimethyl ether (DME) bifunctional catalyst by one-step extrusion of syngas by adding auxiliary agent.
