民办高校构建和谐师生关系的法治路径

【摘要】：师生关系是民办高校最重要、最核心的人际关系。民办高校师生之间的关系是否和谐,不仅关系到民办高校校园的和谐与稳定,更关系到民办高校的教育教学质量,乃至民办高校的生存与发展。本文通过分析我国民办高校师生之间关系的现状,梳理了其存在问题的法律成因,并就如何实现民办高校师生和谐关系提出了法治路径,以期在构建民办高校和谐师生关系上提供法治和制度上的支撑。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most important and core interpersonal relationship in private colleges and universities. Whether the relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities is harmonious or not is not only related to the harmony and stability of private colleges and universities, but also related to the quality of education and teaching in private colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of the relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities in China, combs the legal causes of its existing problems, and puts forward the path of rule by law in order to realize the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities. In order to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in private colleges and universities to provide the rule of law and institutional support.
