溶胶-凝胶法制备体相型Mo-Ni复合氧化物催化剂及其加氢脱硫性能研究

【摘要】:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了体相型Mo-Ni复合氧化物加氢脱硫催化剂,并对其进行XRD,BET,NH_3-TPD等表征,以二苯并噻吩质量分数2%的正辛烷溶液为原料,在连续固定床反应装置上对催化剂的加氢脱硫性能进行评价,考察催化剂焙烧温度、溶胶凝胶过程中溶液pH以及淀粉的加入量等对催化剂性质和性能的影响。结果表明:在500℃以上高温焙烧后的氧化态催化剂中主要存在α-NiMoO_4和β-NiMoO_4晶相,硫化态催化剂中则存在MoS_2和Ni_2S_3晶相;焙烧温度的升高有利于氧化态催化剂形成α-NiMoO_4晶相,溶液碱性的增加则有利于形成β-NiMoO_4晶相,二者均导致催化剂的总酸量显著降低;淀粉的加入对氧化态催化剂的晶相影响很小,但有利于提高活性组分的分散性,适量淀粉的加入可提高催化剂的比表面积和孔体积;在焙烧温度为600℃、溶液pH为2和淀粉加入量为15g/mol的条件下所制备的催化剂具有较高的加氢脱硫活性,在反应温度为260℃、反应压力为2.5MPa、体积空速为2h-1和氢油体积比为300的条件下,对于硫质量分数为3480μg/g的原料,加氢脱硫率高达98.3%,二苯并噻吩的反应以加氢脱硫路径占优势,加氢脱硫路径与氢解脱硫路径反应的比值约为1.23。
[Abstract]:Bulk Mo-Ni complex oxide hydrodesulfurization catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The catalyst was characterized by XRD-BET-NH3-TPD. The catalyst was prepared from n-octane solution with dibenzothiophene content of 2%. The hydrodesulfurization performance of the catalyst was evaluated in a continuous fixed-bed reactor, and the calcination temperature of the catalyst was investigated. The effects of solution pH and starch addition on the properties and properties of the catalysts were investigated. The results showed that 伪 -NiMoO4 and 尾 -NiMoOS-4 crystal phases were mainly present in the oxidized catalysts calcined above 500 鈩,
