习近平以人民为中心的法治化治理思想论析

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,对当代中国国家治理的核心问题——什么是国家治理现代化、怎样推进国家治理现代化,习近平总书记作了系列重要论述。其中,习近平从国家治理现代化的指导思想层面突出表达了"以人民为中心的法治化治理"思想。作为国家治理现代化时代课题的中国方略,"以人民为中心的法治化治理"思想,是国家治理现代化的抽象形式——法治化和国家治理现代化的抽象实质——良法善治的本质升华,是国家治理现代化的具体实质解答。推进当代中国国家治理现代化,必须贯彻落实习近平"以人民为中心的法治化治理"思想,不能停留于国家治理现代化的抽象形式层次和抽象实质层次。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the core issues of contemporary China's state governance-what is the modernization of state governance and how to promote it. From the guiding ideology of the modernization of national governance, Xi Jinping prominently expressed the thought of "the people as the center of the rule of law".
